Which mobo to O/C a Celeron 300a?

I've been away from the Intel side of the world while I am waiting for the AMD 760MP chipset to drop. So, I'm a little behind the times. I've got a retail 300a sitting in front of me with no home. I ran this chip at 450 on a BH6 many moons ago, but have gone through many upgrades since.

Since I have the CPU, some PC100 RAM, and a dinky AGP card (SiS 6236, hehe), I'm hoping that I can put a small, but decent system together. Considering that I'd want to o/c the chip to at least 100MHz FSB and I have the RAM and video card, which mobo should I use? Onboard audio and AMR/CNR would be bonuses since I don't have them ... wait, I have a USB Ethenet adapter, so forget the CNR.

Any clues? What about one of those Creative PCs TigerDirect has ... provided all the drivers actually ship?

I'm still running my celeron 300a @450 in an Asus P3V4X. Have been since my Abit flaked out and Abit would never answer the phone or emails. It doesn't have on-board audio, but it has everything else. Will also let you run your celly at 100 fsb and your memory at 133 if you have PC133.
