Ok lads , i have bought a 64 bit fx-53 processor off ebay for $470 which i think is a bargain since i am in the UK and it retails here for over £500 . Anyways i now am looking for a mobo and registered ram , am i right in saying i would need reg ram for it ?

Any idea's lads ?

p.s i currently have a 400W PSU which is bein consumed by :
p4 2.4 cpu
A Gigabyte CPU cooler (PCU21-VG)
ati x800 pro gc
80gb WD ATA hd
200gb WD ATA hd
Will be getting a scsi 40gb seagate cheetah HD
Thermaltake case so it has like 7 fans inside

Do you think i will need a better PSU ?
