Which mobo out of these should I get?

How much better is the P45 from the P35, and would it support DDR2 800 Ram?

EDIT: After researching a bit, a P43 isn't much different from a P45 aside from overclocking and crossfire abilities, which I don't intend to use. So perhaps I should get the MSI p43 one, the one in my 2nd link?

I'm about to order a new mobo, and I'm wondering if I need to order more thermal paste when reinstalling the cpu chip onto my new mobo, or would the old paste already on the chip suffice?

Nah, definitely get new stuff. The old paste may be old and crusty enough that it won't flow and provide a decent thermal contact in a new installation. Paste is cheap, don't risk it

Thoroughly clean the CPU and heatsink, and then apply new paste.

If you're not overclocking P43 will be just fine for you, and it will accept DDR2-800.

P45 is definitely the way to go. It will support the new & future CPU's without any fuss, has better memory access latencies, and can OC the FSB up to 600Mhz and runs cooler too. Gigabyte makes some nice boards using the P45 + ICH10R combo and has heaps of on-board goodies like 8 USB, fire-wire, 6 SATA II w/NCQ & RAID, ALC889A HD audio and some of the best OC BIOSES around.

The Asus P5Q series is another excellent choice with a full range of boards based on the P45 but doesn't pack as much functionality and connectivity as the higher end Gigabyte baords.

My next board will definitely be a P45 + ICH10R based Gigabyte baord. =)
