Which mobo is better to use with the stuff I have?

OK...I have 2 choices...but first this is what I have to put in them.

AMD XP2100+
2 X 512mb PC2700 DDR
128mb GeForce 3 TI500
TB Santa Cruz

Now here are the boards I have to install this stuff in...and I'm a huge gamer if that matters.

ASUS A7n266-c NForce
ASUS A7S333
I'm thinking the the A7S333 would be better because of the ram...please tell me?

Can you tell me why... I'm not trying to be rude with the comment...just to need to have the pros and cons here as I'm already using the A7S333 with this setup..but I'm getting the feeling that I'm not getting the total benefit of my ram with it..
