Which mobo is better in most respects?

Trading motherboards and such, what would be the better of the two to start a new build with, in terms of stability,o/c ability and overall performance. Yes, the sli board would be primary, but the contender looks strong. what say ye people?

Can't speak for the ASUS, but I just switched from a DFI LanParty Ultra-D to the EVGA SLI and I'm pretty satisfied so far.
What I don't like about this board is:
1. Will not go past BIOS screen with memory (2x1Gig OCZ Plat) installed in the yellow slots. Works fine with single chip in yellow slot or both chips in the blue slots.
2. No HT Multipliers. Can only choose 1000Mhz, 800Mhz, etc.
3. CPU/Chipset Temp readings are a little screwy (high) in BIOS and software (this is a known issue with this board).
4. No 183 RAM divider for OC.

What I like about this board is:
1. Good layout for cable management.
2. Extra 3 pin fan headrs (total of 4) on mobo.
3. Power/Reset buttons on mobo for benchtop work.
4. Easy acces to CMOS jumper when installed in case.
5. Easy configuration of single PCIe/SLI set up (no jumpers or crap).
6. Nifty little LED readout for BIOS/POST errors.

Just my .02.
