which mobo for DDR2100 P4 2.4G

I have DDR 2100 256MB and P4 2.4 Ghz. Which Mobo should be best ; I am thinking of ASUS

P4XP-X
P4PE -L
or P4GE

Is any of these OK; is there a better alternative.
