Which mobo do i have?

I have an intel mobo, and it lists two model numbers

D945GNT, D945PSN

I'm trying to sell my mobo and cpu, but dont know how to list the mobo.

take a look here. I can't take credit for the finds, but had good luck when i used 'em.
