I have had a bad experience with MSI support. I sent something back for RMA, they insisted they never recieved even after I had Canada Post do an inquiry. A month after arguing with them I recieved my RMA back, all repaired and they still claimed they never had it. I argued with them for another week about the poor service and they would never connect me to a manager. I ended up calling their California head office who was very helpful, and they got the manager at the Canadian office to call me back.
Perhaps i was unlucky, but i will not go MSI due to the poor service i recieved from the Canadian head office.
I say this because the OP was unhappy with DFI support and was is looking for another company probably with better support.
