Which microATX motherboard?

Hello!

So I am building a media center in my living room and I am trying to purchase a low cost microATX mobo, no more than 70$

What I am looking for is: DVI or HDMI (with sound OUT), if HDMI has no sound - Optical Out, Intel CPU based, nvidia Integrated graphics, PCI Express x16 and x1, and of course Dual Channel DDR support - i heard many don't support it.

I looked through my choices but I am not comfortable or just not familiar with the brands...

the current nVidia IGP chipsets for Intel don't have dual channel memory access but I believe that the next generation may.

eWiz had a better deal through froogle.com @ 62$, with 11$ shipping 73$, not bad for a higher end Abit motherboard...

That combination does not currently exist. Your options are to go with a G33 or G35 chipset board and forgo Nvidia IGP, or go with an AMD processor.

I'd wait a couple weeks for G45, it's got hardware H.264 and VC1 decoding.
