Which Memtest to use with Haswell CPU?

I have a Core i5 4670K Haswell processor running on a Z87X-UD3H motherboard and would like to enable XMP.

I would like to know which memtest I should use to check for any errors once XMP is enabled. There are two versions of the program and I don't really know the difference between them:

Memtest86+ 5.01
Memtest86 Free Edition 5.00 by Passmark Software

I am leaning towards Memtest86+ but it says it only has preliminary support for Haswell (http://www.memtest.org/#change) Would that be a problem?
