Which RAM should I use, it is really a toss up between these two (One is 6gb 1333 tri-channel the other is 4 GB 1600 dual channel).

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel:

pqi 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820141498

I am clueless about the timings/voltage/latency etc. so I really appreciate the help.

The motherboard doesn't support Tri channel. If you need the memory go with teh 6gb kit. Even though it is 3 DIMMS, 2 of them will run in dual channel then the lone DIMM will run in single chanel. If you don't need the extra 2GB of RAM then go with the 4GB kit.
