Which memory would be better for Asus P5AD2?

1gb Kit of DDR2-533 PC4300
OR
1gb Kit of DDR2-667 PC5300?

Memory will be for an Asus P5AD2 Premium board. I do not plan to overclock right away so will there be a benefit to running the PC5300 at stock speed over the PC4300 or will I be taking a performance hit? Is there a benefit to just using DDR2-667 over DDR-533 without overclocking? The only reason I am considering the DDR2-667 is for possbile overclocking down the road. The price difference between the two is not that bad so price is not a deciding factor.

Please help as I would like to get the memory ordered so I can put together my system.

I assume we are looking at the most popular of PC5300 at 667? With that said my question goes back to if you are not overclocking this speed of memory will there be any type of performance hit or will it perform the same, if not better, than PC4300 at 533? Or is PC5300 strictly for overclocking?
