Which memory to use with my E6300?

I'm planning to build an E6300 system with an Asus P965 board.

Is it ok to use low-cost memory such as these Kingstons:

I do not plan to over clock. What difference will it make to use high-performance Corsair XMS compared to the above if no over clocking is done.

No difference if no ocing, but why not OC ? Imagne 3 or 3.2 ghz, and all you need is good memory (PC 6400 or PC 7200 or PC 8000) And you don't even need to increase vcore.

I suggest you spend a little more or get corsair value if want cheapo stuff but still good. No difference if you don't overclock. Buy the cheapest pc5300 or 4200. but if your getting a asus board why not spend a little bit more to get better memory and overclock it a little bit to gain more performance. Dont buy a e6300 rather get a e4300. You will have the option to overclock better with cheaper ram.

..a conservative OC wit the stock heatsink would be aprox. 2.8 ghz with pc 6400 mem?
