Which Memory To Get

Decided to get this board Abit IC7-G Max 3 or P4P800-E . Both are excellent boards not sure what kind of memory to get with this. I might be overclocking not sure though. Dont I need PC 3500 if I want to overlock or PC 3200 will work fine. Here are my choices:-
a) Hyperx DDR434 PC3500
b) Corsair PC3200 (1GB)

As for cpu it will be 2.6C. I heard HX PC3500( DDR434) has some compatibility issues with this chipset. Any one using same kind of memory, I guess this will be better to overclock but if I stay with HX 3200 how far I can go with it . Any reason which is better HX or Corsair and which type.
