Memory Choices from Amazon
(kind of have to buy from there due to gift certificates)
Pretty much set on the MB, but could be convinced to change my mind.
Motherboard: Gigabyte-GA-MA78GM-S2H
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Brisbane 2.6GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail
Memory: OCZ OCZN800SR4GK 4GB Kit 800MHZ DDR2 PC2-6400
Looking at that RAM, but mostly because of the rebate. I don't need the state-of-the-art, bleeding-edge RAM, but I want the most bang-for-the-buck:
Is there a better one I could/should order?
P.S. I realize that I won't be taking full advantage of the 4 GB w/ my 32-bit Windows Vista Ultimate, but for the price ($54.99 after rebate), and the fact that I may dual-boot w/ some 64-bit version of Linux and/or eventually upgrade to Windows 64-bit, I thought it was the best choice.
Thoughts?
