Which memory timings are best for Epox 8K7A and 256 PC2100? What about when OCing?

Which RAM timings are best?

I'm running 8882622 currently...as advised by this thread

According to it...these two timings: 8862222 and 8882222, corruput data in RAM and eventually on ur HD...

Anyway...which settings should I use when I'm not OCing? Is 8882622 alright?

And...which settings are equal to like CAS 2.5, or CAS 3--which settings to use when I OC?

I run 8862222 when my FSB is below 165mhz. It does not, at least in my case, create corrupt RAM data or HD data. I run 8872222 @ 175mhz now. I would say 8862222 is what you should shoot for, if you are planning on going past ~160mhz on your FSB, you may need to back those timings off a bit. Also, don't be afraid to raise your DDR voltage...2.9v, the max setting, should be safe as long as you don't have a high internal case temp.

When I do OC...which timings should I raise first...? (after reading about cas, ras, etc...i still dont know which to change lol)
