Also, will I see much of a difference between the two? I will be putting it on a Asus P4S800D-E deluxe board. Thanks everyone!

What processor on that board? If you are running a current generation P4, then get at least PC3200 so it runs the same speed as the FSB.

Even if you have a slower cpu the price difference between pc2700 and pc3200 is so small you are much better off buying pc3200.

Well, like Budman said.... the difference in prices is pretty negligable so go for PC3200 so if you upgrad the processor in the future the Ram will be compatible.

I have a 512 stick of Corsair XMS 2700 that I have gotten up to 400Mhz speeds but with lax settings. I get better benchmarks at higher speeds/looser timings. I have read some articles over at Tom's showing that better speeds w/ lax timings pays off. 2 cents.
