I have the same Corsair in the ASRock MB, and it runs great at 200 MHz at 2.5-3-3-8 timings, 2T. I 'm running a Venice core A64 at 240 FSB, fyi. The setup is very stable as a gaming/office/general use pc.
Personlly I'm not familiar with PQI and generally try yo stick with Corsair, Kingston, Mushkin, or G.Skill when buying ram. In any case be sure to check the manufacturer's site for your mobo to ensure the ram you pick is supported.
both are lifetime warranty. pqi has a little better timings (2 as opposed to 2.5) for only $3.22 more... but i would say corsair because of brand name. its up to you though... niether would be horrible i dont think.
