mean mean socket 754, and his system is socket A, not 754. and socket A does support dual channel.

i would personally go with the mushkin, be either are fine really.

I'd choose the Corsair. The price is the same for either, and the Corsair are matched sticks for guaranteed DC compatibility.

Actually, Socket A does support dual channel. Most motherboards support it actually as long as it's not a very low end one. Anyway, the best thing to do is buy a matched pair or sticks for dual channel RAM. That way you know it will work.

to the poster above:

i assume you mean socket 754.. this guy is talking about the socket A athlon XP NforceII, which does support dual channel 😉

i'd get the corsair pack, although both are very good packs, good offers too.

thanks for the feedbacks.

So either one will be good, right? I am using the Abit NF7s v2 motherboard, I might overclock the memory, which one will be better on overclocking? By the way, have you guys heard of infiniteon memory? Is it any good? Thanks

Yup, either are good.

I haven't tried to OC either of those, and my Corsair is not the Value-type. I wouldn't expect great OCing with value ram, but you never know. And that's really the point, to some extent OCing is a crap shoot. Different sticks (even from the same manufacturer) get different results. You just gotta see for yourself.
