Which memory is faster?

Building a new system and wondering if its better to get a lower CAS memory, or a higher speed memory? Both are the same price.

WTF... DDR3 rated at 1.85-1.95v????? :Q

I wouldn't worry about latency with voltage jacked up high.
The JEDEC DDR3 voltage standard is 1.5v

Forget both those kits you linked and stick with DDR3 that's volted at 1.5v... Like this DDR3-1600 G.Skill.

News Flash...
"Latency" is meaningless in all but the most extreme circumstances.
And even then it barely makes a difference in performance.

With that said, there are other reasons that "I" would and do buy lower latency memory.
