Which memory is better ?

I got 1gig of OCZ EL PC3200 DDr 400 (2-3-2-6) and 512 of Crucial Ballistix PC4000 DDR500 (2.5-3-3-8) Which one is better for overclocking?

The Ballastix because of the higher frequeny and higher tmings, that could allow you to run 1:1 depending on how you do things.
