Which memory is better?

The Kingston is specced slightly better (2-3-2-6 versus 2-3-3-6). However, what worries me more about the OCSystem RAM (besides it being an off-brand) is their return policy:

Please check your motherboard specification for memory type before you purchase it. It is not our responsibility for any incompatibilities of the systems and memory. Customer will be responsible to return the memory for exchange or credit. In addition, the shipping and handling fee is not refundable and 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Outpost would at least give you your money back.

Not worried about OCsystem memory not working as my current memory is their generic version, and it works fine.

I forget to add that this is mainly a gaming rig. My CPU might be OC'ed, but my memory isn't, so not worried about OC ability, mainly fast timings and high stability.

I basically want to spend UNDER $200 for 1GB dual channel set(2x512mb) at cas2 with the best timings I can get. If you have any recommendations other than the ones I listed, please let me know.
