Hi, this is for the laptop memory.

Which one is better? The Crucial one or from the true Samsung one? It's a PC2100 DDR one.

Thanks

Crucial - inexpensive, lifetime warranty, compatibility guarantee if you buy thru memory selector.
True Samsung - Samsung doesn't sell memory module directly, those in the market are generic/bulk - no warranty
or rebadged by some company names - need to mark up to make profit, may not provide lifetime warranty as Crucial, may not have compatibility guarantee.

Kingston Valueram is an alternative good choice as Crucial.

if you want to overclock then use the samsung. they are better overclockers but if you dont plan on oc it then just go with good ol' crucial. the samsung modules are suppose to be one of the best oc'ers

thanks for the discount.

The tax is killing me. It came out $183 for me for the 512MB.

I think I'm gonna wait from the ebay one (Samsung), if I could get it less otherwise I go with Crucial

Thanks a lot

i would say crucial...i've always used crucial in my computers. i thought samsung made crucial, so there should really be any differences except for price.

wow, i havent been on here in so long...
