Which memory is better: EMS HSDRAM or Mosel Revision 2?

I narrowed down my memory search to these 2. I plan on o/cing my P3 700E like a fool so I need some memory that can do some real high fsb at low cas ratings, and not to mention do it stably! Anyone have any input on these 2 memory chips?

Mosel Rev2 will do higher CAS2 than the EMS HSdram will... probalby 150 to 155 range CAS2...
