Which Memory is better 32X16 DRAMS OR 128x16

i was buying some RDRAM memory and wanted to know which was better

A RIMM with fewer devices (chips) is faster than a RIMM with more chips. I would think (given no other information), that the 128 x 16 is better.

I believe both the memory types are different in size?? Correct me if I'm wrong.
