Which memory chip is faster/better?

I'm trying to take three old computers and put them together into one useable machine. Unfortunately, the old computers weren't mine and all documentation is lost. My question is what memory to use in my spare slots:

Chips #1:
PNY AP54571 AC
VG264400C7
704-6 or 703-6
RJ Gsep M01 94 V-0
(16 devices)

Chips #2:
Samsung KMM5322204AW-6
SEC Korea
601Y
KM416C1204AJ-6
(4 devices)

Both chips types are 8 MB, but I have no clue if the memory speeds differ. One is from a 486-66 MHz and the other from a Pentium Pro-150 MHz, so there is a definate age difference.

Thanks for the answer. I'll go with the green PNY chips, the yellow circuit board from the SEC chips is ugly.
