Would like to know which one you think is better because I think I will have to replace mine and can't decide which to get.TIA.
 
Ultra D. MSI=crap IMO (had two S754 boards die in my very close friends rig after a short period of time). Can't comment on their nForce4 stuff, but I can say DFI makes the best boards for AMD currently available (CFX3200 ATI). The Ultra-D is a sweet board and will love the rest of your rig, except maybe that Ultra psu (theirs a big psu list at dfi-street.com that is very very helpful).

I just bought ttis PSU not to long ago before I did I read alot of very good reviews. I am not trying to argue with you, I have been on other forums including DFI-Street and get the same type of response but nobody says what is wrong with it. I am curious to know what is wrong with it. I know the first generation Ultras had problems but I thought they were fixed in the 2nd gen.
I have been leaning towards the DFI rather than buy another MSI but I wanted to make sure it is as good as the MSI . Thanks for your replies.
