Which MB to get for XP1600 ?

which good Motherboard to get, so that I can upgrade for better CPU later without a problem ?

Depends, what are you looking for and what do you really need.

A good all round board I like is the Shuttle AK35GT2R. It has the KT333 chipset, Highpoint raid, and a C-Media 5.1 sound card.
Epox also has a good KT333 board.

Either of those should work. But if you could ait 2-4 weeks longer then get a KT400 board.
