which MB for 775 with PCIe/DDR/DDR2 to buy?

Hello all,

Which MB should I buy and where?
I need 775 with 1 PCIe-16x and to use for now with DDR pc3200
also MB has to have 4 PATA and 2 or more SATA

it might be used with 7800GT
