which matx mobo?

I'm researching matx mobo's. I plan on putting one in an imac shell, modding the imac into a pc. There are a bunch of these mobo's out there. Any reccomendations? Right now I'm leaning towards AMD, but the heat issues with this case make me think twice about intel. Anythings I should watch out for, etc..? Any help at all is mucho appreciated, thnx.
