Which manufacturer makes the best X800XL

Sapphire. I'm sure alot of people will tell you ATI is a good brand too but I have had some bad expierences with ATI brand, or it could have just been my PSU wasn't giving enough power to the card.
 
and i 'm also looking for something that is good Oc'er and quiet too (but no fan options aren't for me... i don't think they have the OC potential
 
They're about all the same. Manifacturers arent as different as say, Nvidia ones. Get what is available and/or cheaper.
 
The Asus XL looks nicer than most, and gives you dual DVI and VIVO. The Gigabyte is notable because it's fanless. Otherwise, I'm guessing they're all the same, quality-wise, and most should offer component output cables for an HDTV. I don't think the XL core overclocks that well, so I wouldn't expect much there. Just get one with a good warranty (three years, IMO) and the features you want.
