I like men's fitness... Got good ideas for your meal adjustments and variety... but then again, I never read health before, so I am not sure what is in there..

I prefer Men's Fitness, although I suggest you save your money and tell us what you're looking for. We will be your magazine! :D

Men's Health has fitness but is also geared towards middle aged men who want to reclaim their manliness. There are a lot of "how to seduce younger women" and "how to make love all night" or "how to look 15 lbs thinner wearing the right clothes" articles. I read it often to get a good laugh (although I am a woman). If you want more focused workout and nutrition info, I'd recommend Men's Fitness. If you want some goofy entertainment thrown in, Men's Health.

My favorite was the article about the polygamist where he gave tips on how to satisfy 5 wives and how to choose which one would have the honor of sleeping with you on a given night :p Or when Joe Kita decided to look up some woman he thought he could have scored with 25 years ago and ask her why she thought he was so hot. The whole article was about how his wife dealt with the news that someone had once possibly flirted with him in college :D

Well, I only end up getting it maybe every other month, so I may have missed those wonderful articles. But I have a subscription now, so check in a year and my opinion may have gone down.

My biggest gripe is that there is a NEW SUPER WORKOUT in every edition.

The other thing is that one of the editors is obsessed with mentioning the health benefits of lycopene at least once evey issue. I'm actually NOT ragging on it -- I just think of it as the male "Cosmo". When my husband tried to cancel it I asked him not to: I snatch it out of the mailbox and hide it in my lair ;) :D
