Which LCD to get?

I am going to buy one of these two LCD's

I am into casual gaming, some RTS, may connect to a PS3/360.

SO which one is the better deal?

The Acer. Where on earth did you find it in stock though? It was discontinued a month or so ago and they sold out like hotcakes. I was looking for one to go with my build because it's a P-MVA panel, but they were completely sold out.

Don't you think that being non-HDCP compliant, the Acer will give me a problem in the future since I do plan to connect it to a PS3/360 (strictly for games, no movies)?

I am in Pakistan, and the Acer dealer over here has them.
