Which LCD to get ?

Well shortlisted a bunch of 15inch TFT...looking for good perfomance good ergonomics thin frame at a decent price........now which one should i choose........?
have any one you tried any of the following in the short list...?

iiyama AX3835 400:1 250cd/m2 25ms

Samsung 151Q 500:1 350 cd/m2 25ms

NEC 1550M 450:1 300cd/m2 25ms

Eizo L365 450:1 300cd/m2 25ms

Eizo L375 450:1 300cd/m2 25ms

There were two huge 15" LCD tests earlier this year on Tom's Hardware. Sure, they're a couple of months old, but I don't think there are a lot of follow-up models so far, so the results are still valid. Might be wrong though. One thing, though, don't ever trust the manufacturers specifications. They all lie, especially about the vital pixel refresh times.

I know there 720, the 15 inch wasn't too good

IMO, without a doubt Samsung makes the best displays (LCD and CRT). My Dell Inspiron 8200 has a 15" Samsung SXGA+ LCD and it is by FAR the BEST LCD I have ever seen.

Yeah, I have read that review.....
Thats what i am really worried about...the deceptive response time stuff.........
The Eizo and iiyama are both MVAs types TFTs............you could get 25ms on those
The NEC one sounds abit fishy...25ms with IPS technolgy.....not too sure if they cooked the numbers there..? )
What about the Samsung ones ? ....quite few people here have got them...

NEC makes some really nice LCDs (some that leave a bit to be desired, but at least they DO make some really,really nice ones). Samsung makes among the best. I'd probably go with an NEC or Samsung LCD myself. Here are the models most interesting to me:

17" Samsung 171P (case designed by Porsche)
18" NEC 1850X (fast responses in FPS games)
18" Samsung 181T (NOT Dell FP1800)
19" Samsung 191T (see also: Dell FP1900)
20" Dell 2000FP (uses Acer/BenQ MVA styel panel)

I'm Sorry- somehow (????) I missed the 15" part.

Screens to research : (this is from Tom's hardware, so further research is recommended...)

So, only one screen is worthy of joining the elite members in the all-around category (i.e., screens that are good for all types of applications, including games): the winner is the HP L1520. It thus finds itself in the company of the Belinea 10 15 35 (only available in Europe), the Eizo 365, the Hercules ProphetView 720, and the Samsung SyncMaster 151MP.

I guess you are all wondering why I am goin for 15inch devices...well its mainly because my desk its getting abit crowded now.....
currently got a 2 mons on it already.. A 17inch Mitsubishi diamondtron a fairly old Sony 13.3inch LCD...17.....I am also not particular fond of using a 18inch (equiv) display at 1280 x 1024....its just abit too big......
I guess I have just rulled the Samsung....The edge of that thing is abit too large for my tastes....

Yeah, the VX800 is based on Fujitsu's MVA technolgy.......
looks good on paper...but really want to know how good it looks IRL... The VX500 didn't do too good at THG or even on pcworld .......

MVAs don't look as good as the specs suggest in general; most user reviews (from forums) and pro reviews (pcmag, pcworld) really do not like the MVA; even with the low response times, it ghosts alot with certain colors for example. I would personally avoid an MVA based display... although there ARE 'good' MVA displays - many many people like the Dell 2000FP for example - and it is an Acer/BenQ MVA display (as far as my research has shown).

I got a Samsung 151S for my mother and it is really a nice screen, the benzel looks good to me
