not to bias the poll, but god SVU is good. CI ain't bad either. The only that I've lost interest in is the original, to much Jack McCoy.

svu, and this marathon on usa is a godsend. ive seen a lot of the episodes, but a few ive missed and i focus on those ones and do other stuff around the house during the ones ive seen before.

next up is regular l&o with criminal intent far down the ladder.

My favorite is CI and mainly because of Vincent Dnofrio. He is a great actor and I love the way he portrays his character of Goren. Next is SVU mainly because of the storylines.

haha, nobody likes criminal intent. i think goren (d'onofrio) comes off as too damn smug and he seems to have this whole clairvoyancy thing going for him in that he pieces everything together too easily.

edit: alright, one person likes ci and just as luck haves it, likes the goren character also.

Depends on what week it is. When I get burned out on one version, I just watch one of the others for a while. All of them are good IMO.

It's the only TV I really watch these days, by the way (other than reruns of Seinfeld). 😛

i agree. that guy from CI is like that monk mystery solver. he does all these stupid head tweaks and acts all weird and magically pieces the crime together. of course then again probably all the L&Os piece the crimes together too easily...

My favorite? Probably SVU with Ice T. Then original. I don't like watching CI.

My wife likes CI not as much as the others though. Goren's clairvoyancy is pretty lame. They're having Chris Noth (one of the two original detectives from the original L&O) and some other chick do half of the episodes this season because Goren was suffering from "exhaustion," and I heard they gave the chick the same "powers" as Goren. I haven't seen any of those episodes though. We usually only watch CI if there's no SVU or original L&O on.
