Which Latency to choose with Samsung DDR2 533

First of all if anyone has PNY Optima DDR2 @ 533mhz (Samsung chips) let me know if you have changed latency and what it works at

CPU-Z shows my memory can do 3 settings (any other progs to show what latency my memory can do?, and the temps of my memory?)

default is 4-4-4-10, shows it can do 3-3-3-8 and 5-4-4-10

I'm assuming I should go with the lowest and overclock my memory, using an Intel D915PBL board with 3.6 P4

With the Intel IDCC prog I can overclock my memory 4% as well.

Thanks, if you have this setup let me know what you're running.

Assuming your FSB is at 800MHz effective, then you won't see much improvement in raising your memory clock further, since it is already putting out more bandwidth than your FSB can carry.
You can improve performance by tightening those timings, however.

DDR1, but it wouldn't even POST at tighter timings.
This is an 'emachines' pre-built system, and the BIOS options are very limited.
Enabling/disabling HT seems to be the only thing I can change aside from the memory latencies.
