Yeah it just looks a bit ugly though, and Iv searched (well took 5 seconds) to see if teh X300 will hold up to light gaming over the X700 in the Acer.

Is the second worth the extra money for the X700? also how slow is the x300? the only problem I have with the HP is thats its ugly.

i don't know about the HP, but that Acer is HUGE, a client of mine has the P4 variant of that laptop. it's very heavy.

if you want mobility, that's not the way to go. if you want a desktop replacement that you will occasionally move . . .
