Which laptop should I go for?

Hi, everyone here.
Recently I am planning to replace my old laptop with a new laptop and I am a guy from Australia.
I've got two choices, both are manufactured by ASUS. But I am a bit concerned about warranty terms and voltage conversion if I import a laptop from the USA to Australia.

Here are the choices:
1. ASUS N56VJ-DH71 15.6" Laptop Core i7-3630QM 8GB 1TB.
This one is produced in the US. So, there are problems about warranty and power adapter. This one has a better graphic card, it is GeForce GT 635M.

2. ASUS R501VM N56VM Core i7 3610QM 8GB 750GB 2Gb GT630M
This one is sold in Australia so it would not be a problem to me. I don't need to worry about power adapter/socket. This one has a GT630M.
I am not sure about the difference between these two graphic cards. Do these two differ considerably?

The first model's price ended up almost the same with the second one. After calculating, it is a margin of $15.

My idea is to snatch the first one but I am not sure about the warranty terms in Australia and the voltage issue. I searched the warranty terms on the Internet about ASUS but it turned out my efforts were in vain.

Has anyone been in my situation before? Or similarly?
Any advice would be appreciated. 😕

What was wrong with this thread?

635M = Renamed 555m

630M = Renamed 540m

The 555m is basically a overclocked 540m.

Take note both of these GPU's come in many flavors - DDR3 vs GDDR5 for example. (GDDR5 being faster)
Ok, that is cool.
Do you know anything about the power conversion and warranty issue?
In terms of the previous thread, I have done some research and changed my alternatives.
