Good day (if ever anyone is interested in pleasantries anymore) to all of you. I've been trolling around the forums for a couple of hours trying to get an idea about 2 laptops that i'm interested in. Although I always get lost in translations with all the techie stuff ive been seeing throughout, I still try to manage all the information that I understand. ( well at least I think I understand)

Which leads me to do this, I would like to ask a little help upon comparison of 2 laptops that i'm choosing between.
Namely:

MSI Wind U230-XP LIGHT
Product Description
AMD Neo X2 Yukon L335
AMD RS780MN+SB710
2GB DDR2 SODIMM
320GB Hardisk Drive
ATI Radeon HD3200 graphics
11 LED Backlit
6cell Battery
roughly 510$

and

MSI VR300X-T44+
Product Description
Intel Pentium Dual Core T4400
SIS 672FX Chipset
2GB DDR2 667MHz
Mirage 3+ graphics
13.3 WXGA LCD
320GB SATA Hard Drive
about 485$

Although I do not know all the technicalities of these laptops, I do know what I want out of them.
1. I would like to use them for CAD operations and mostly Office applications.
2. I would like to stream videos and watch movies on it and play music.
3. I would like to play old school games such as Diablo 2 , Warcraft 3, and even some Starcraft 2 if possible although this may be a longshot.
4. I would like to be able to use online applications such as Skype, Facebook since I would be going on a 6 month isolation .
5. WiFi

Well those are probably the things that are essential for me at this time since this would be the first time I am going to buy a laptop.

Thank you in Advance to whoever replies to this topic .

Note: I am a noob so please minimize the usage of strange acronyms.

Neither of them.

The Wind is essentially a netbook, it has a low end dual core AMD CPU, and passable graphics.

The other one.. well, it has an SiS chipset and Mirage graphics... I don't even want to think about that.

Are you in the US? Do you have a Best Buy nearby?

I tried checking out Best Buy, and they are hell of a lot cheaper than the current prices offered in this country.

Edit: Another question, What do you think about this one?

LENOVO G450 T4500

Intel Pentium DualCore T4500
Mobile Intel GM45 chipset
2GB DDR3 Memory
Intel GMA X4500 graphics
14 WXGA LED High Definition
320GB SATA Hard drive

Is that Intel GMA X 4500Graphics worth it ?nvm found it out ....

Then I saw these two now for practically the same price tags.

ASUS K40AE-VX024

AMD SEMPRON M120

AMD M880G-RS880M
2GB DDR2 SODIMM
ATI Radeon HD4250
14 WXGA HD LED
320GB Hard drive

and

eMachines eMD640-P322G25

AMD Athlon II Dual Core P320
AMD RS780MN+SB710
2GB DDR3 SODIMM
250GB SATA Hardisk Drive
ATI Radeon HD4250 (256MB)
14 HD

Are any of these two good ? Sorry for being too un informed about this, I just want to get the best value for my money .

That one looks pretty good. I have a Toshiba C655-S5048 laptop, with AMD Athlon II P320 2.1Ghz dual-core, and ATI Radeon 4250 integrated graphics, and I love it.

I have the same config in an Inspiron 15R and it's not bad at all. I do hate the 320GB WD drive in it, though.
