Which Laptop bag would you get?

I have a laptop that measures approximately 12x10x1.3". I'd like to get a bag, but don't know what to get. I want a bag that goes unnoticed. I started thinking about messenger bags...but they offer no protection. So how about these messenger/computer bags:

Crumpler Roll-O-Notes

Crumpler Wee Chap

Timbuk2 Sweet pea

Mobility 1 for iBook

These bags are all pretty expensive though. I remember leaving my bag in a big lecture hall, and returning about two hours later to find it still intact with everything inside. Of course my bag offers no protection, nor compartments for my AC Adapter, my floppy drive, my headphones, or my disks and CDs. So I'm just wondering what my choices are, or what ya'll would recommend.

You're on the right track getting a notebook case that doesn't look like it has a notebook in it. I have a nice leather Targus case, but it screams "laptop inside! Steal me!" so I don't take it to class with me.

Geez, I bought a slightly used one at a computer show for $5. It is nice quality though and has lots of space. Check out places like Ollie's or computer shows. They usually have cheap ones; just check it out thoroughly before you buy it.

Edit: I'd love some recommendations other than Kensington and targus:)
