Just install the Nvidia chipset drivers and you'll be set. The Marvell chip just provides a physical bridge between the chipset's onboard LAN and the Ethernet port on the back of the motherboard.
If you have it installed there is no need to uninstall anything. Go into the bios and disable it if you like.
According to one review I read, the Marvell offered slightly faster thruput. I've used both and don't see a noticable difference, and I do not have a gigabit switch or another system with a gigalan adapter. FWIW I am using the NVIDIA LAN right now and it does the job.
