Help. I need kvm switch for my three systems. I was wondering if you guys have any experience or knowledge on these three kvm switch. Need it to choose one of these three that will meet my requirements and are reliable and have very few kincks.
three system that will be using the kvm:
athlon 1.4 (main system)
athlon 1 (system for video editing, ripping and video recording system)
celeron 300a (mandrake linux box, server system)

running 19" monitor
wireless keyboard and mouse.

So you can see, i need a good kvm switch that will work well with these system and also play games.
Which one would you get, also consider cost, best value.

thanks guys

Well I have a 4 port Belkin omniview SE and it works great ! I do game with it with a optical mouse and it works pretty smooth my refresh rate is at 85 hz at 1024/728. All you need to do is get really good cables I paid like 125 for the switch at the Techstore check it out good luck they are so convenient . Plus the short cut keys are cool also.

I don't think the USB one will make sense if your keybaord and mouse aren't USB. I'm actually looking at that IOGear because I am wired entirely via USB. 🙂

I picked up the IOgear miniviewSE 4 port, Only had it for a few weeks now, but i've got no gripes about it, does 1024x728 @ 85 perfect...The whole "it comes with cables" thing sold me.

Only thing i've noticed is that, i almost allways use the front panel buttons for switching, can get into the habit of key stokes.
Also the fact that its built very, very well, all metal case.(Stackable too)
