Which kind of RAM for my Dell laptop?

Hi guys

I need to upgrade the RAM in my desktop, but I do not know which kind to get. It is an old one, a Dell Latitude C610. It has a Pentium 3 1Ghz processor.

Does it it DIMM RAM? or DDR RAM?
