I have read several news briefs about the release of GeIL PC4000 DDR.
The interesting thing about this ram is that it comes in two different flavors. Your standard TSOP configurations with copper heat spreaders and this new "funky" WLCSP configuration that doesn't use heat spreaders.
Newegg currently has both kinds for sale. Has anyone had any experience with this new kind of packaging? How does it perform? What is the stability at nominal voltages?
