I dunno. Ignore the money, and go where you're happiest. Working with douchebags sucks at any pay rate. Sounds like B's the one.

How loyal are they to you? I guess you're in medicine in some capacity? I don't know about that field, but in general, loyalty's a lost concept in business. You have to look out for yourself cause everyone else is looking out for themselves, and not you.

Meh, anybody can get attached to places they've been at for a while. You just have to realize that once you get to know people the other place might be just as good or better. It's just new.

Not enough detail. If you don't have to move and the pay is 15k or more per year increase it is really a no brainer. You can always move again if you don't like the place.

Unless said company is willing to make you a partner or give you partial ownership rights, I don't understand loyalty to a company. A company must pay for my loyalty, if that's what you want to call it.
