Which is your favorite online game?

Favorite, or more often?
It's a tough question though, there's many (well, many I played often for a time). I played Mass Effect 3's multi-player for 1,100+ hours at this point. I also played Diablo 2 for about seven years of my life (approximately four of those online), so I suppose that ultimately Diablo 2 has been my absolute favorite online game of all time (if I just go by amount of time dedicated to it, and also by fun). Although, of course, Diablo 2 cannot be considering 'strictly' an online game, it's primarily offline (in my book anyway) but it had a good online mode and was well supported by the devs. I also played the first Natural Selection (Half-Life modification) back when it was relatively new, for a period of about one year and a half or so. I played the first Left 4 Dead from release to the month they released the sequel (so about a year or so). I also played TF2 for a good two years (one of which almost constantly, at least one session of 1 or 2 hours per day, every single day for months without exception; that was back when it was released as part of the Orange Box, prior to when they started to add new weapons and major updates).
Lately, the online game I'm playing the most often is The Old Republic, simply because I'm entirely new to the game (thanks to the latest update). I like it, it plays very well as a single-player game (I.E. it's online, it's an MMORPG, but you can literally play it as you would a single-player, ignoring side quests, only doing Planet and Class quests to follow the story line like you would in a game like Mass Effect or Dragon Age). I'm planning to finish all eight Classes' respective story lines, then I'll stop for a couple of months until they've completed enough "Episodes" of their new story line that's supposed to be worked on for another year (and they'll release new episodes every 1 or 2 months I've heard). I'll probably also start playing Diablo 3 often enough once their next update goes live (it'll last maybe one month total then I'll move on to something else, since Diablo 3 has never been able to keep me interesting for more than about a month at a time, but it's ok I'm enjoying it in small bursts). So, yeah, right now The Old Republic is really fun (I don't play it every single day, but lately it's the one online game I play the most anyway).

I used to play multiplayer all the time but my online gameplay has gone way down, I used to play MMO's the most and of course Battlefield and CoD and Valve titles online. But most of these days I'm doing a race in Forza or Project CARS or 25 other racing games I have or playing NHL or exploring in a random MMO game. My total gaming time is usually an hour per day now.
I used to spend a ton of time in Star Wars Galaxies, that game was so addictive and fun until SOE went and changed it then I spent more time in City of Heroes and eventually Guild Wars 2 where my SWG guild migrated to after the SWTOR F2P changeover which ran off most of my guild. I really liked Call of Duty 2 and 4, after that it was all downhill, the most I've played online in the past 5 years now was Battlefield 3 & 4 and I don't even play BF4 anymore.

The mmo I probably put the most time in, ever, was eq1. But, that was also a long long time ago. Probably 2nd most would be World of Warcraft. For the past few years, however, I only play at expansion launch, and then it's just till I hit max level, and see most of the content, then I close the account again. I probably wont be back to the game for the next expansion, unless i get reaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllly bored. Really tired of it.
Also, I play ffxiv off and on. currently off.
I keep Aion installed, since it's free to play. Every once in awhile I'll log back on and play for a week or two, before putting it away. I can do that with ftp games, and not feel guilty.
Currently, the only online game I have is Blade and Souls. Been playing since the first Alpha. Still in beta, launch isn't till next month. This is another beta weekend, so I get to play later on today.
Other than that....nothing. I've thought about trying out some modern shooters, but honestly, I'd probably get real tired of other people if I did. I avoid them now, to keep my sanity, and anything resembling good will towards my fellow man

Haven't gamed on PC in a long time, mostly just build-and-raid strategy games on tablet. But last week a buddy got me into Grim Dawn and I've been having a lot of fun leveling two characters, one with him and one solo. I'm getting frowns from the GF, might have to back off on the hours I'm playing, LOL.
Hmmm how far back to go... Well I'll stick with more recent stuff. Played over 1k hours of Dayz standalone, though that was a social thing as much as a game, just talking with friends. I'll check it out again after patches, but now I play h1z1 with a buddy for my 'survival' fix. Also played battlefied 3 and now 4, L4D2, Arma 3, Elite Dangerous, and more. Every now and then I even check out Age of Kings 2 again, usually only to see that those that still play are quite good, and I can't be bothered to bring my micro-click fest skills back up to that level.

This is my 2nd most played game behind CSGO, I get probably 5-10 hours a week into Rocket league. It's a fun game to pick up when you dont particularly want something over stimulating.

Back when MMO's were mostly subscription, I often felt attached to the games I paid subs for and spent a lot of time in them until I got burnt out or couldn't bother to pay subs anymore, but now that most MMO's are F2P I basically just play when I feel like it and have practically no attachment to them.I used to play quite a few shooters, multi player...but that was years ago. From what I've seen of this game it looks amazing. The videos on the site don't reveal much of gameplay. Are you under NDA to talk about the gameplay as compared to other MMO's?
As far as online games, Diablo II LOD would be the one I spent the most time on farming gear. Next would be WoW, currently it's a toss up between The Old Republic and Wildstar. Diablo III is to boring imo and levels are limited as compared to DII.

Everquest is probably my favorite game of all time with the most amount of time played. I spent years playing that game. 2nd was the Lord of the Rings Online.
Every MMO I've tried since then has been less than a year (ESO, Neverwinter) Also tried a different genre, like Elite Dangerous. I seem to have more time now to play, but everything that comes out nowadays doesn't seem to hold my interest enough to dedicate a lot of my time and effort, even if it's free to play.
Still waiting for Everquest Next to give it a shot, but I'm really getting tired of waiting.

lmfao, I thought I was bad! I've had two different toons with over 100 days, and another with right at 50, when I stopped playing. Then again, I did all of that in roughly 3 years, so maybe I am bad.
