Which is the quietest?

I'm looking to build a small, yet extremely quiet pc. I have all the parts picked out, except I am still having some doubt over case selection. I have narrowed it down to the two following combinations and I am wondering which would be quieter.

1. Cooler Master 340 +Corsair VX450 PSU

Not sure, but it seems to me that the large front grill might let too much noise out, maybe im wrong. The PSU is definitely quieter than the next one though. I would put rubber grommets in this one for the hard drives.

2. Antec NSK4480 + EarthWatts 380w PSU

This is standard Antec, though I am conerned that it might be louder than the Cooler Master because the Earthwatts PSU is louder than the Corsair PSU.
