Which is the better thermal grease?

I'm not sure if any of those really makes all that much of a difference, but many hundreds of users have sworn to me that AS5 dropped load temps by 10C, etc. - SO I tend to trust them - it makes sense that a premium compound with micronized silver should work better than generic silicone paste. The MX-1 is a silicone one so I don't know...
