Which is the better setup?

I getting together a DVR system and was wondering what would be the best way to confiure it. I'm going to be getting a Visontek Xtasy 550 with BeyondTV bundle, and most likley the firefly remote from snapstream.

I have an Xtasy Everything capture/video card which only does dual monitor out (basiclly a GeForceMX400 64MB). I also have a GeForce2 GTS 32mb card with only single monitor out. The TV I'm going to be playing out to will have a "computer in" port but I'm not sure if that will suck or if i should invest $70 and get a s-video out or DVI out card.

So whats the best way to do this?
