Which is the better mobo?

Just wondering if I can get an opinion on two boards I am looking at. They are both the same price at my local reseller:

MSI Neo4 Platinum (No SLI)
DFI Lan Party UT NF4 Ultra (Dual PCI-E, but No SLI)

Ya I liked the DFI for its reputation, and I wanted to grab one, but one thing that kinda got me worried is that it only has 2 PCI slots, whereas the MSI has 3. I currently need 2 PCI slots (one for the SB sound card, and one for the TV card), and I was thinking about getting a wireless LAN sometime in the future (which would require yet another PCI slot)

I would like to get the DFI for the possibility of 8x/2x PCI-E, or even modding it to a SLI, but my slightly bigger concern is the expandibility to add in wireless LAN. Now if only 1x wireless LAN cards would only just start to become more mainstream, I wouldn't have to worry about this if I get the DFI mobo...

+1 for DFI, for wireless you can use the usb adapters
